TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. About
1.1 PRODO provides creative spaces for hire to individuals, brands, and businesses. PRODO describes itself as a “creative medium”: four walls that are fully customizable and designed to accommodate the breadth of your vision while capturing the core of your imagination.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in order to use our services. By enquiring about or booking a PRODO space, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Bookings
3.1 By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3.2 When you submit an enquiry via the website contact form, a member of the PRODO bookings team will respond within two (2) business days to confirm availability, discuss your requirements, and outline relevant services.
3.3 PRODO supports a wide range of events, including but not limited to:

Retail & Fashion (pop-ups)

Food exhibitions (pop-ups, tastings, etc.)

Brand activations and events

Private events

Bespoke activations
3.4 Each booking includes access to the allocated space, use of standard on-site facilities, utilities, monitored security, and pre- and post-residency cleaning, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.5 PRODO offers a range of optional branding solutions and fitting options as add-ons, subject to availability and additional fees.
3.6 Any request to extend a booking is subject to calendar availability and is not confirmed until full payment for the extension has been received.
4. Cancellations
4.1 A full refund of the deposit will be issued if the client cancels the booking more than thirty (30) days prior to the booking start date, less any applicable processing fees.
4.2 A fifty percent (50%) refund will be issued if the client cancels the booking up to fourteen (14) days prior to the booking start date.
4.3 No refund will be issued if the client cancels the booking fewer than seven (7) days before the booking start date.
4.4 In the event that PRODO is required to cancel a booking due to Force Majeure, PRODO will notify the client promptly and make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative. Where this is not possible, a full refund will be issued via the original method of payment.
4.5 If PRODO has not received cleared funds at least seven (7) days prior to the booking start date, PRODO reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain fifty percent (50%) of the total booking fee. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the client via the original method of payment.
5. Fittings, Furnishings & Decorations
5.1 PRODO spaces are leased as displayed on the website by default. Any proposed fittings, installations, or alterations must be reviewed and approved by the PRODO team on a case-by-case basis.
5.2 As outlined in Clause 3.5, PRODO offers optional fitting and branding packages subject to availability. Details will be discussed during the booking process.
5.3 All fittings and furnishings provided as part of a standard or custom package must be used only for their intended purpose. The space and all leased items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. PRODO conducts documented check-in and check-out inspections, including visual reports acknowledged by both parties.
5.4 All branding and external signage must be arranged through PRODO packages or PRODO-approved partners, unless prior written exemption has been granted.
5.5 All interior decorations require prior approval from PRODO. The client or their appointed event planner must submit a design plan or layout before the booking start date.
5.6 Construction or fabrication of props within the space is strictly prohibited. Assembly must take place off-site or, where expressly permitted, externally after 7:00 p.m., subject to additional fees.
5.7 The client shall be fully liable for any loss or damage caused to the space, furnishings, equipment, or any part of PRODO’s property as a result of any act, omission, or negligence by the client or their employees, contractors, suppliers, guests, or invitees. The client shall reimburse PRODO on demand for the cost of repair or replacement, whichever is lower.
5.8 A damage deposit will be collected upon booking and refunded within seven (7) days following the end of the booking, subject to a post-event inspection report shared with the client. Where repair costs exceed the deposit amount, the client shall be responsible for covering the excess, after which the remaining deposit (if any) will be refunded.
5.9 The client is responsible for removing all approved non-PRODO items brought into the space within the designated checkout period. PRODO is not responsible for the removal or storage of such items. Failure to remove items within the specified timeframe may result in penalty charges deducted from the deposit, with prior notice to the client.
6. Security
6.1 Any privately hired security personnel must submit written details for approval in advance. Without prior written authorization, security personnel will not be permitted inside the premises.
6.2 PRODO shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to any property brought into the space, nor for injury to any person attending a booking or event. The client assumes full responsibility for the safety and conduct of their guests and for all property brought onto the premises.
